As a colorado springs newborn photographer, I absolutely love being able to capture babies in their own environment. Not only is the baby more relaxed, but so is the rest of the family. No need to pack up your brand new baby and head to a studio environment, why not use the most perfect backdrop…

My dear, sweet Stephanie. My heart breaks for you and your family. This was beautifully written and I know it will touch the innermost feelings of other women who have experienced this. Sometimes, you just need someone to validate your feelings and you have done that for those Moms. Having never had children, I cannot imagine going through this. You are strong and you have the gift to capture the love in a family with your words, camera, and intuition; even when that love involves grief. Thank you for sharing the photos of Caleb; he was a handsome little boy. He will live on in the hearts of our family and your friends. I am so thankful you and Ken have each other. Grieve at your own pace and know you are loved. I think about you every day. Sending you, Ken, and the kids much love. Aunt RuthannReplyCancel
